Reliable infrastructure not only protects public safety and property\, but also supports economic growth and overall qualit y of life. The City of Gallatin\, Tennessee\, established a Stormwater Uti lity in 2019 to meet these needs. This presentation provides a high-level overview of the steps taken to build community support\, successfully impl ement the utility fee through City Council\, and the meaningful improvemen ts that have followed for the community. We are pleased to offer a serie s of monthly discussions on critical stormwater inspection issues. Called& nbsp\;CSI Network \;these discussions are delivered via interactive we binars\, and the topics apply to municipal\, construction and industrial r egulations\, permits\, and inspections. These discussion meetin gs are free to current Certified Stormwater Inspectors (CSI)™ while non- current CSI graduates\, and the general public\, can join sessions for a $ 25 registration fee.. CSI Network meetings are scheduled for a Wednesday once monthly beginning at 1:00 PM EDT. \; Each session is schedule fo r no more than 90 minutes. \; Check the registration calendar for exac t dates.
